Are you pregnant? Confused

.If you are, this is something you should ask your doctor.

If you're not... Don't get pregnant, and you won't have to worry about it.

Since you are so young the risk of complications are high. You should definetly talk to a family member or an adult you trust about pre-natal care or any other options you may be considering.

Nowadays, dying during labor is very unlikely.
And back in the old days, 13 was the norm to have a baby.. So I dont see how age can be a factor in this.

Anything is possible is life. But you do need to remember that doctors access every possible problem that could occur so it is very unlikely. In the victorian times then yes it was very likely because people were in ditches having babies with no care at all but in the modern world we live in it is almost a garentee that it will all go well

you think you are only 2 weeks pregnant??? When did you find out you were pregnant? I would have thought at your age it would have took you longer to get a positive result on a test!

She might not know how the doctors calculate it if she hasn't been yet

Have you taken a pregnancy test? Are you absolutely sure you are pregnant and maybe not just late on your period?

In any case, especially due to your age, you need to go to a doctor as soon as possible to find out how far along you are and do all the basic pregnancy things every pregnant woman needs to do.

Have you told your mom yet? That is going to need to be done as soon as you can do it because being an adult starts right now - and you are going to need all the support you can get!

If I were you I would go to see the doctor. I went three says after I found out (i had to wait that long because the surgery was closed due to flooding) because I couldn't stand the thought of a baby growing in me and I haven't made sure that it's ok

How come nobody has told her there's no such thing as "2 weeks pregnant"?

if she hasn't been to the doctors and doesn't know that the edd is calculated from the first day of your last period then she might think that she is two weeks when in reality if she is pregnant she would be about 4-5 weeks

if she hasn't been to the doctors then she's not sure she's pregnant and she said "yes i'm pregnant" and for a 13 year old to be just assuming she's pregnant and not been to a doctor yet then that's really strange.

If she took a test then she'd have to be 4 weeks or over right?

I think so maths has never been my strong point. When I went to the doctors he said I would be 5 weeks from the first day of last period. If she doesn't know how anything works then maybe she could be counting from the last time she had sex?
