I was taken to the er a few days ago
because of my cf and I realized for the
last 20 years of my life I have been in
denial about my disease and the er was a
wake up call but since then I have just
been depressed I cant stop crying and it
wont go away. If any on hase some words
of encouragement I would appreciate them.

Jessica- I hope you're doing well today.
I think it is courageous to face you
problems and not hide from them. I hope
you have plenty and love and support from
friends and family. Enjoy these sunny nm
days, take a drive to the crest (if you're
in abq) and speak your fears and hopes to
the wind. Release it and embrace your
inner strength.

Jessica, everyone feels down at times.
Things will get better, I promise. Five
years ago, I was diagnosed with ms. I was
down and I found that writing about it in
poems and stories helped me. Just keep
saying the montra I may have cf, but it
doesn't have me. You can't do what you
want or like to do, just do what you can
with your cf. Live :d
