Q: Getting Nowhere Fast

Many months later and still no answers. I have facial numbness on the left side of my face. It is almost like a giant circle, its starts behind my left ear, goes up over my left eyebrow, down across the bridge of my nose, down to the right of my lips and then below my jawline then circling back up to my left ear. Also have fullness, ringing, and mild hearing loss in that ear. Ent said it was tmj, problem is numbness too extensive and pain not that extreme and not right spot. Tmj association also said tmj not problem, or at least not total problem. My jaw clicks and it is sore when I eat something very chewy. I started having problems where my arm would suddenly jerk involuntarily. I would get the feeling like I had just been shocked in my spine or injected with adreneline and my arm would jerk. Only happens when arm is at rest, never when I am doing something (i.E. Typing). Went to neurologist, he was stumped. Mri was inconclusive. Now I have the same thing happening in my face, specifically my mouth. One side will twitch and then jerk into a half-smile. Stronger on the left side than the right. My legs are also still when I get up and I tend to shuffle when I first start walking. Any thoughts?
