Q: "bumps" On Penis

Hi. I have these bumps that seem to be in my skin on my penis (not on the bare penis but not on the outside of the skin either).
I am planning to see my doctor in about a month for it. I also have similar bumps on my scrotal sac..

Can anyone guess what the problem could be?
I don't think i've got an std and also, assuming i'm a minor, is there gp-patient confidentiality for me? Can I not tell my folks?
