Q: Nausea After Winter Vomiting Virus

I had the winter vomiting virus on monday and tuesday this week, felt better on wednesday (yesterday) but now I feel sick constantly and cant really eat anything without feeling like im going to throw up (although im probably not). Its like a loss of apetite and I dont know how to cure it or wether its just because of my stomach etc hurting through being violently sick?

Can anyone help?
