I have been getting stomach fluttering on the left hand side for about 3 weeks on and off now, and its really starting to freak me out, is this normal? I have also been a lot windier than normal!

I hope someone replies to this becoz ive been havig the very same thing only mine is on the right hand side. Iam fluttering, mainly when I stand up and really bad wind.... I was worried incase its pregnancy but im on my period. Is it just gas do u think? X
