My Husband and i have tried for over a year to conceive, and every month my period is late((usually 2 to 3 weeks)) and we go to get tested, and never test positive to being pregnant. i prepare myself every month to have a child, but it never happens, and i feel as if we are wasting our time. we don't smoke, we don't drink, we don't do drugs...we are very healthy people, why cant we conceive? i was told once to take prenatal vitamins while trying to get pregnant, so i have been taking prenatal vitamins for a year now. i don't understand why it is so hard for people like us to get pregnant while 16 year old girls get pregnant every day and have abortions left and right! i don't wish to go through fertility treatments, it's too expensive and i feel that it's a waste of time because there is not a 100% promise that you'll conceive.

my husband and i have been together for over 4 years. durring this entire time i have gotten pregnant twice but miscarried within 3 weeks. at 18 i got pregnant, miscarried, and had to have a d&c.
i am scared every month at the thought of miscarrying and not knowing it (i.e.) the baby not passing. this is VERY dangerous to the momma if you dont know you miscarried.
he has a daughter, and we both want a baby.
Ive had hormones checked, hands all over the place, etc. they dont know "why" i cant seem to carry full term or have trouble conceiving. they said since he has had a child and not more than 10 years ago, that its not him. so basically they told me that its me.
it hurts to think/be told that, but hopefully one day we will have that baby we both want. my sisters-in-law produce like no bodies business, and watching friends who arent even trying have babies cuts my heart wide open. its something men cant understand.

Me and my husband got married about 5 months ago, we are both only 19 years old.We have been trying to get pregnant for the past 3 months, but i keep getting my period, and negative test results. Everyone says that we are too young and that we dont know what we are doing, but i am just worried and have a feelng that its not guna happen for us. Why cant i get pregnant?

Me and my boyfriend have been together for 2 years now, and we feel we are ready to have a baby. We have been trying and trying and I am not pregnant yet. Almost the whole time we have been together, the sex has been unprotected. I don't understand why I am not pregnant yet. I have fertility places and they tell me that I have to be a patient before they can help me. But I don't have the money for that. I really want a baby. Is there anything I can do at home to better my chances of getting pregnant? Or is there anything that my boyfriend can do? We don't even know if its because of him or because of me that I am not pregnant. Please help. If there are any suggestions, please tell me.

Normal couple with nothing wrong can take at least 6 months. If you've been trying for 2 years, you are considered infertile. If you are 30 or 35 , i cant remember, and have been trying for 1 year, you are considered infertile. This is knowing and taking advantage of ovulation, not just guessing. Go see a reproductive endocrinologist ASAP. Bypass your family preactitioner and OBGYN( unless you live in a small town, OBGYN is better than not seeing anyone)

having period longer then 45 days can mean that ovulation didn't occured, i would advise u to tey to chart your temperature starting with the 1 dsays of your period until a new cycle begind. That way you'll know if u ovulated or not. Womens temperature before they ovulate can be anywhere between 96 to 98 and after ovulation 97 to 99. a way to know when u ovulate is when your temperature raises about .4 to .6 and keeps on raising. Try doing in for 3 months, if not luck take your charts to your OB/YN, that would help your doctor in your diagnosis.

My fiance and I have been trying for two years and we so desperatly want a little one but it hasn't happened yet. So far there has been a period of two months where I didn't recieve my period but then sadly I got it two weeks late on the third month. He has gotten one of his past girlfriends pregnant before but she miscarried at 3 months. I have only been sexually with my fiance and I'm worried if there is something wrong with me for not concieving and yes we have sex 4 times a day but then we stop the week before ovulation and we only have sex every morning once a day during the week of ovulation. Bit still no luck. Can anyone help???

Me and my boyfriend have been using the pull out method bt we decided 2 stop that and he started 2 cum nside me, i cudnt feel it....weird!!! he askd me wuz i pregnant and i tld him no, he and i now know that its eitha hard 4 me 2 concieve or i jus cant at all. since the 1st time he strtd cumin n me i've always had my period skip!! never had pills or depo!!! i want 2 cry bt cant!!

Me and my husband has been trying for a baby since one and half year but no luck, i am so worried about it!!!! i have irregular periods since i came in periods first. i went on medication(microgynon) for 3 months but doesnt work. i went on scan as well but everything is normal. dnt know what to do? please help me. m crying and scared to not have a baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

me and my boyfriend have been trying for over 4 months now and every month i get my period, one month i was actually a wk late but it came. =[ i just rly find it funny how ppl who dont need or want a kid mess up once and end up pregnant but then there r ppl who try for years and nothing i dont get it? lol

I have the same problem. I could blame my very irregular periods of it. I was put on birth control to regulate them,but recently I stopped taking them. Still haven't gotten my period yet. I understand how you fell.

Hey, well, I'm a little new to this forum but i share many of the same problems that all we ladies have experienced when trying to conceive!

You know, i'm just over 40 now and i have 2 wonderful kids and i wouldn't swap them for the world!

However it didn't always used to be that way.

My doctor said there was less than a 8% chance i'd ever had kids just a couple of years ago! Can you believe it?

I was aggressively on the hunt to have kids for a good couple of years now, but still had no such luck.

However, one day i was browsing and literally stumbled across something which literally changed my life and finally gave me Lucy and Ben, my 2 beautiful kids.

we was in a relationship for 8 yrs until i finally gotten pregnant. now my child 7years old and now i trying again and seem like i cant get pregnant again

My boyfriend and i have a 3 yr old son whom we love and adore, we had protected sex "condoms with antisperm" after so we would get pg so soon, but now were ready for number 2 , but its been 6 m since we gone unprotected and no luck at all, right now ive been having symptoms like constipation,lots of gas, headaches,nausea, weight gain,peeing ALOT,i still have like 3 days till my period but i dont know yet, and i dont want to get excited like every month for the past 6. im only 22 and i dont understand why i cant get pregnant.
