If you can, breastfeed!

Failing that, take a brisk walk every day for at least half an hour. Wrap baby up snuggly warm in the pram and away you go!

Oh and stop scarfing loads of snacks. It's so easy to keep picking and you don't even realise how much you've eaten. Maybe make a food diary?

Weight loss is simple math. Calories in - calories out = weight loss. So, obviously you need more calories out to lose weight or you stay the same or gain weight.

To get rid of the jiggly bits you need to exercise to tone the underlying muscle. Pilates is excellent for that. You also should do cardio for the calorie burn.

Good luck!
