Q: This Past Year Its Been Bothering Me I Need Help!

i know.. I need courage to go to the doctors. Ive been pregnant before and got an abortion. After that they found no infections. However I dont think that has anything to do with this. But this past year ive had:
* itchyness and burning coming from my vigina.
* discharge (thick whitish colour only)
* pain when going to the toliet. (also comes out light pinkish colour) sometimes.
* also when I have my periods the blood is now also a whitish colour - not normal to how it was when I first got my periods - also very slimy like
* ive also noticed that when I stick my finger in it doesnt feel normal - like something else is inside there
Like ive been told im really tight.. But its not that it feels really bumpy and just not normal inside like it useto.
* sometimes after I finger myself I tend to bleed
* I also sometimes get random pains down there.
I need help:(
i dont know if its a yeast infection, but I hope its not an std. My friend said it could be a uti but i'm not sure.

Its alot of discharge mixed with red/brown blood.

Its lumps and bumps that are squishy very close together. And little bumps it's wierd
