Hi, i'm new here. I hope i'm doing this right! I am 39 and i'm at the end of my rope! I have been having pain in the left side of my chest. I get sharp stabbing pains then tightness. Lately it has progressed to severe pain in my left shoulder blade, weakness and tingling radiating from my chest, left armpit, down through my arm & hand, that has lasted as long as three days, it is so uncomfortable I can't sleep or eat. I have gone to two different doctors. I have been diagnosed as anything from panic attacks to ibs! I really don't think i'm having panic attacks, I never feel paniced when it happens and my bowels are just fine. My blood pressure is irregular, but it's not high, it's low. Anywhere from 78/47 to 100/70. I have been told maybe it's all in my head!! I had a stress test about 6 months ago and it was fine, but I was not having such severe problems then, only once in a while and not bad. I don't know what to do any more. I'm scared can anyone tell me if they had the same problems and what I should do???

Very high stress job but im also on paxil which should take and seems to do well at taking anxiety away ...Its not even only happening when im stressed ...Its at differant times now ...Ill keep ya posted if they find anything wrong with me
