I'm 15 and recently found these four bumps that look almost like pimples on the inside of my vaginal lips and they hurt. I have never had sex of any kind or even kissed a guy so I have no idea what they could be from, but i'm really worried.

Do you shave? They could be shave bumps or ingrown hairs.
