Q: Pc Muscle Good Or Bad?

Hi, im new to this forum and just have one question that is really puzzling me because of mixed information ive heard.

Are excercises for the pc muscle good for premature ejaculation?

There are some sites that say that it really doesnt help or could even make it worse.
