Hi...
For the past 4 months I have had an elevated wbcc. It started with my bowels going haywire. I was put in the hospital after having 15 -20 bm's a day. Anyhow, at the same time

i was having alot of other symptoms.
Cold hands and feet, shooting pains in my thighs, upper right quadrant pain that would come and go, burning feeling in stomach, clammy knees, sweating between the toes, inside of hands completly dried out, dry vagina, eyes felt dry and burned and lots more...

Most of these symptoms have calmed down now, even tho I do still have some of them from time to time. They did a colonscopy in the hospital and they say I have eiter crohn's or ulcerative colitis. That might be so, but I still wonder.

Sorry for the long post, but I am worried about the wbc, that never seems to go away. It has been slightly elevated since day one. Normal range for the lab is up to 8.8. My count has been 12.1 10.8, 11.4, 10.2 and now 9,6.

I know that the wbc can be a sign of infection or inflamation, but shouldn't my sed or crp be elevated? My lymphocytes are 3,1 normal range was up to 2,9. The only other test I have had during this period that was slightly positive was my igm rf.

Hope someone has had something simular and might be able to cast some light on whats going on.
