Q: Controlling Bowel Movements

I'm having trouble with this because I cannot set a routine. I usually hvae to go between 9:00 am and 11:00 am. Problem is i'm in school, and my work gets disrupted because of my bathroom visits.

Any advice on how I can change this, it only started happening this september.
