My girlfriend was on the pill for a very long time and so she wasn't able to get some more rigth away so the doctor put her on the patch for a bit. She had the patch on for awhile and then she said she didn't even realize it had fallen maybe a couple days or so before and we had unprotected sex probably the night of the 2nd day and then the next mourning, but then right after that she put a new patch on. Before having sex that one night, we hadn't for over a month and she has always been on birth control and made she was constantly on it. Would a few days without the patch and a night of unprotected sex get her pregnant, even if she put another patch on the next day which in all a time of way under 24 hours (12 hours or less) probably. I would think it shouldn't matter too much since she has been on birth control constantly and she has the chemicals that th bill control give off inside her and should still protect her. Am I right here or should I have do something else right away?
