If the blood pressure monitoring tests indicated normal blood pressure the entire time and your blood pressure was high only in the doctor’s office, it seems very likely that you were experiencing “white coat hypertension”. White coat hypertension and general anxiety are due to anxiety disorder.
Hyperhidrosis can be diagnosed as either a primary condition (with an unknown etiology) or the condition could be a symptom of some other condition such as acromegaly, hyperthyroidism, glucose control disorders, pheochromocytoma, characinoid syndrome, cancer, tuberculosis or other infections, menopause, spinal cord injury, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, heart or lung disease, certain medications and substances of abuse and anxiety conditions.
In your case, hyperhidrosis could be due to the anxiety disorder. You can consult your primary health care provider for further diagnostics and follow up.
