feet pain, burning & recent tingling in palm
Posted: 10-03-08 01:45am

Hi,

My symptoms have a lot in common with what you have described. It has been happening for one year to me. It started with minor feet pain, which used to happen when I walk 100-200 feet or so, it gradually started to get worse. My feet pain is in the ball of the foot (fore foot, near toes). Now a days it is burning and tingling as well. Recently I am feeling the pain in my palms too. It is not a joint pain.

I have done quite a few tests but all came negative. Doctor (neurologist) could not diagnose the problem. I am 31 yr old and with no tensions but this.

Have you seen any improvement in your symptoms since you posted here in 2006?

Any response is highly appreciated.

Hye,
I am gald my I am able to diagonsis my pblm , my pblm is I am effected with plantar fasciitis due to change of country as well as falling sick severely which triggered this pblm , for which I taken proper precautions henceforth.

By changing my footwear esp, always wearing footwear flats indoors and acupunture type footwear for outdoors.
Eating good diet and going for health centre I(gym) for walking and workouts ,
reducing my weight.
Running worsens this pblm so i can do only brisk walks on walker..with5.4 speed.
Applying cold packs intially for 6-8months regularly when overstrained myself to ease the pain.
Also continous wear of ankle support for both the feet for a year.
Now the pblm is only 5% and also i can move around with no sore foot for a dayor so without my foot wear. and also its a year that i dont us eanymore of ankle supports.
since this pblm what I have has no medication, other than taking pain killers or doctor injecting my heel which is very very worse to imagine .
Thankfully I can say aloud Iam well now .
I dont have that burning sensation in palms as I know that I cut lot of green chilles which i realised later after posting that message hope this would help you.
