Okay I just wondering if when we dream our mind warns of problems or something , my reason for this

my new boyfriend who I been seeing for almost 3 mos just reacently started having nightmares of me killing him...

2 dreams. One was my mother tied him up in a chair and I came in with a big knife and sliced his thoart.

The other one was , I was freddy krouger and I killed him and then killed everyone else...

Anyone got any idea? He recently had another one but hes afraid tell me, he thinks this might effect our relationship. He might be right, I just wondering is he gonna turn into a phsyico killer .... I just wake up to him one night and he standing over top me with a axe or something... Freaks me out alot....

Let Me Tell Ya Something
Sometimes dreams can be true
and sometimes just an illusion,
in your part it was horable,

let me tell ya something, I dreamed that
me and my girlfriend broke up, and you what?
It really happened....
It was the worse reality nightmare that it happened to me...
And right now im still trying to move on.....

To prevent unpleasant things to happen,
be positive when ya think, as long as you can
do good, do it,

all you have to do is to forget your nightmare....
Be in your life.....

I read in a dream dictionary once that when you dream about being chased, it means that in real life you feel like everyone is after you, or that you feel like you're being "chased by responsibility" or something. If your boyfriend is dreaming that you and your mom are literally tying him down, then maybe he's feeling a little under pressure about something in real life. They have online dream dictionaries that you could look up to find out for sure what it says.

Re: Dreams
I can't interpret dreams but I believe that most of the time, dreams have nothing to do with your real life. I talk in my sleep a lot and I told my husband a long time ago that I cannot be held responsible for what I say or do while I am unconscious. I have mentioned names in my sleep that I have no idea who they are. I used to have a reoccurring dream where I would be a passenger in a car that goes over a bridge and into the water. I never knew who the driver was. To me, dreams are just imaginary mind wanderings and I don't take them seriously.

Some pretty crazy things can happen dreamwise, but from what I've read and heard it all seems to be coincidence to me. If you pay attention to what you dream pretty much all of it deals with things you saw or thought during the day.

The events that happen in dreams are rarely accurate and are just the unconscious mind's way of presenting a message which is usually hidden in what you actually see. The events are more metaphorical, and you have to look deeper than what is presented to find the meaning of it. Check out some dream dictionaries, and don't worry about it. I've had many dreams about people trying to kill me, people I barely know and some of my closest friends, but I prefer to laugh at it than worry about it because I know it's not real.
