You do not have to get down to where you were before. Be and think positive, talk to others when you feel you are getting low, look at those who have a lot less than you do, keep yourself busy and your mind occupied on other things. Do you belong to a support group or do you have someone that you can call, in most towns they have a mental health 24 hour hot line that you can call and talk to someone or a suicidal hot line. Don't ever feel that you are alone on this, their are thousands that lives with depression. Keep in mind that we are here for you too although we are not dr's, so feel free to vent, come here and talk about your problems or just sometimes writing it down helps and I am not here to judge you! Keep moving forward and I believe that it is normal to have bad days, I think that we all do.
All the best!
