Q: a Mole Coming Back?

I had a mole removed a long time ago, because I didn't like it. The doctor had said there was nothing wrong with it, but I told them to surgically remove it anyway, and I have had a scar ever since. Recently, however, my scar has been hurting me when I touch it, and it's starting to turn a little brown. Is it possible for moles to grow back once they've been removed? And if so, can moles be normal when they grow back and not cancerous?

Yes moles can grow back and they can grow back noncancerous. Because your mole/scar area is hurting a little I would suggest you make an appointment with your dermatologist.
