A few months ago I was diagnosed with mild case of ibs which I take daily supplements to help it.


Does fiber pills (along with fruits and vegetables) help lower cholesterol?

yes. Fiber, gram-for-gram, can "soak up" several times its size of cholesterol and toxins within your body... So if you take in cholesterol it can certainly help excrete it without your body storing it.
