Dear shane,

there is fundamental problem with our diets, not because we choose the wrong ones but because even the good ones are no longer filled enough with nutrients. Why? The farmlands are depleted of minerals and that because of the mass food production, the soil do not have chance to replenish minerals. Result? We are well fed but nutritionally starved. Result? We eat more than we can process because at the cellular level, we are still starved of nutrients. Solution? Well, supplements, but what supplement? Try vibe. Vibe is a balanced, multi-vitamins and mineral supplement in liquid form. Why liquid? For best absorption. Try it for yourself. You'll have to be nutrition filled before your body functions at it's best.

The best weight management regimen I ever did: edit and it works because the fundamental problem is solved. Now I don't crave, i'm filled, energized to move and exercise and I feel wonderfully well.

My wish for wellness to you.
