Hi,i have recently noticed that my right
ball is bigger than the left one...I am
concerned that it might be something
dangerous.Is there a reason to worry or is
it normal ?

Very normal to have one bigger than the
other - same as most girls have one breast
bigger than the other.
In fact for most of our bodies one side is
bigger - hands, feet, etc.
You really only need worry if there is
swelling or sudden growth/change, heat,
irritation, etc.

Hmm...Well it is a bit more tender than
the other one but I have no lumps on
either testicles ,that is my main
concern...Is that normal too ?

If you have an unexplained tenderness then
you should get it checked out.
But the actual being slightly bigger is
copletely normal.

again ,both "balls" are exactly the same
in tenderness.
