When i'm really erect or when I have an orgasm, it doesn't hurt unless she's on top of i'm pounding really hard.
It's always the left side.

hernia

sometimes my wife laying on her back with her right leg over me, and her left thigh between my legs which pushs both my balls into my body.Could by balls being pushed inside my body cause a hernia?
