Q: Phase 3 Preliminary Attack (and Additional Help For Others!)

If anyone is interested, i've found an excellent way to prepare for phase three of my diet, which will begin to reincorporate grains. What is it? Though not the best thing in the world, the answer is brussel sprouts. Here's why.

1. These babies are packed with more nutrients and vitamins than you could believe, it's pretty ridiculous if you look it up.

2. Speaking of vitamins, these sick things have 90% of your daily vitamin c intake in only one serving! The large amounts you thus get help to keep the adrenal glands running (which can be a problem with us) and also help with moods, concentration and the like.

3. In addition, one serving, which is only six measley brussel sprouts, has this much vitamin c as well as 8g of carbohydrates! Thus, it's the perfect way to avoid large amounts of good sugar while building up your body's conditioning against carbohydrates. I've found great results with these and even adding a bit here and there may make things a lot better for some people.
