Okay the chances of me actually being pregnant are probably slim and the odds that my cycle just decided to change for whatever reason are probably more likely, but. I'm on bc have been for about 2 years. I did mess my pills up this past month (october) and ended up doubling up on them when I did miss them. Of course dh and I were doing 'business' around this time once. I have since missed my period altogether (i was due to get af on 11/3) I got one tinge of "spotting" but it wasn't even really that because it happened after I used the restroom and wiped, it never showed up in my underwear and only happened once on one day. I took my last active pill on 10/27). I have taken 2 hpts and had a blood test done at my doctor's office, all came out negative. I have the cramping like i'm going to get af but I was supposed to begin my actives again this past sunday (11/5), if I went off my actives 13 days ago I would have started by now. Now I also have the whole tingle in my breasts every now and then, i'm peeing all the time and i'm tired (but that's not a real good indication cause i'm usually pretty tired even when i'm not preggers), my question is this, can a blood test be done "too early"? Hpts can be but does the same apply to blood tests? Like have any of you taken a blood test and it was neg, but later found out you were in fact pg? My doc told me to start my actives once I got the negative, but something still doesn't feel "right"... Any help anyone can offer would be appreciated

Okay can you explain to me exactly how that was supposed to answer my question?! I'm not stupid, I know what causes pregnancy, I didn't ask if I was pregnant, I asked if people have gotten false negatives on blood tests, and how common it actually is from people who have had it happen! No one I know has ever even had to get a blood test, and I never had to get one with either one of my pregnancies. I didn't delay my cycle with stress because I didn't think about being late until this past sunday, plus I have nothing to be stressed about otherwise. I'm not a person and posting that link didn't help but thanks!
