I've created 2 threads in the last month
about "is my girl pregnant" and so forth.
Well we broke up a little over a week ago
and just last monday we went to the
hospital and found out she is pregnant!
I'm going to be a daddy! *tear* well this
is what my new question is about. She's
been pregnant 2 times before a couple
years back and lost the baby each time.
This time though, she's having bad pains
in her stomach and her urine has a
greenish tent to it. She said she talked
to a lady she know's who works at the
hospital and the lady said that the baby
could be in her fallopian tubes (i think
thats how you spell that, correct me if
i'm wrong) which means she will have to
have surgery to remove the baby.
How likely is it for the baby to be in her
tubes? And what about the wierd colored
urine or the massive stomach pains, which
she did not have during her other 2 times
being pregnant?

Thats called an eptopic (sp) pregnancy if
the baby is in her tubes. Ive been
hearing soo much about this since ive been
pregnant. I guess they are pretty common.
However, theres nothing you can do about
them and the baby has to be removed before
her tubes rupture. She needs to get to a
doc asap and find out!

I don't know anything about green urine
being a sign of an ectopic pregnancy, but
it *is* a sign of infection. Along with
the pain she's having, it's possible she
has a urinary tract infection. An ectopic
is possible too (who am I to say it
isn't?) but my first guess would be an
infection.
One way or another, she needs to see a
doctor quickly (like, yesterday) to get it
checked out. If the baby's in her tube,
it will rupture if you wait too long. She
could lose that tube, which will affect
her future ability to have children. And
if it's an infection, it will only get
worse without treatment.

Just wanted to add- not to scare you or
anything, that if she does have an ectopic
pregnancy, &she waits too long to see
a doctor, &the tube ruptures, it could
be fatal from the internal bleeding.
Please have her go get it checked out,
like right now! Good luck, &let us
know!

Thank you so much for the replies. I will
let you know how it all goes, though I
hope everything is fine cause I don't want
to loose my baby or my sweetheart.
