Q: Chlamydia Test

Had a routine chlamydia test the other week when I went into the univeristy doctors. Just had a letter saying there was a minor abnormality, does this meani have chlamydia???? Have been with my boyfriend for 2 years and we both have been faithful, im so confused!
Any advice would b great!
