For the past year or so i've been having this acute sharp pain in my chest once in a while. I have difficulty breathing at night and sometimes wake up with shortness of breath. I can't take deep breaths anymore. Sometimes sharp back pain. This past month though i've been having a stomach ache for almost everyday. It never seems to be like I ate bad food or anything but it's a pain and I feel it. Today I woke up and I felt this new pain on the sides of my bladder. I've had it all day. It feels like that feeling after a guy gets kicked between the legs.. It hurts. It mixes with my new stomach and my old chest pain and a annoying random back pain. What is going on with me? I might be dying... Sad

You need to see a doctor as soon as you can. If you have a heart condition then you don't need to mess around with any type of chest pains. Stomach pains can also be indicative of heart problems. Call your doctor asap.
