Hi, i'm 22 and my heart has been going fast for a while now like a month or so. I 'v been to the doctors heart doctors and everything is ok with my heart.But I have a lot of stress and anxiety and i'm a hypocondriac. I think about my heart how fast it is going all day I have my two fingers on my neck 24/7.My heart rate is all the time between 80 and 90 somtimes faster when I get moving but I have before seen my heart rate lower like 70 to 75 and when i'm sleeping it's less. I have all ready had a holter moniter and that came back perfect they said,so could this be just anxiety and stress. And I also seen it's slower somtimes when i'm not thinking about it.Also when I have sex or do any thing active my heart sometimes that I notice beats slower and harder and sometimes get palpitations with them.
