Well...I sat down with her and caler tonight and the first thing I asked christina, was if she knew how much I loved her. She said yes and came and sat on my lap. Caler was sitting there with his wife anxiously. I was like christina you know how mommy said that your daddy went away to a very nice place? She nodded. I was like well sweetie he came back for a little bit. She got really excited and was like really? I was like yeah baby. She goes who is he? And I was like well babe, he is sitting in front of you. She looked at me funny and goes mom that is caler! I started laughing, I said I know sweetie, but he is also your dad. Everyone got real quiet and she got sooo shy. I was like do you want to go say hi or give him a hug and she said no, and I didn’t push her. I changed the subject by saying, hey guess what? Caler’s wife is having a baby girl. She was like really? They nodded. So that changed the mood a lot. But I just wanted to let you know how the night went.

Aww wow, girl, you are so strong. You and your daughter are seriously such an inspiration..Mayb I can do this whole thing after all. And btw--again, shes a doll! I was an ugly 5 year old runnin around in my stirups, sideponytails, and leg warmers...You're chica's got style..:p

Awwwww thank you very much!! That was so sweet! Of course you can do this! If I can handle pregnancy at 12, labor and delivery at 13 and graduate high school and go on to college, anyone can! Christina is a little fashion bug! Lol

Oh my gosh jennifer I am not mad at you hun!! It will just take her a few days to come around, which is fine, I don't want her getting attached to him right away, I want her to be able to define her own personal boundries and just because he is "dad" I don't want her to think that she has to instantly love or even like him. I am happy that she is doing what she is comfortable with! I am glad you gave me that advice!
