I was just curious why when orgasms come up that people say to ask your doctor? Who your ob/gyno? I'm 26 and we are expecting our 4th child. And would love to have the big o from sex alone. My mom thinks i'm weird cause I haven't. I can by clit perferably and easier alone. Would really love what people have to say about this. We have been together 7 years and oldly we both still seem so shy..... Also I could use a increase in my sex drive.

The vast majority of women can not orgasm by penetration alone.
They need clitoral stimuli as well.
And same again, for most women it is easier to orgasm alone because you are comfortable by your self - you know those tiny little changes to make in rythm to get you off and because you aren't worried about your peformance.
