What is the best method of birth control?


I cant take the patch because I am over 200 pounds, unfortunatly, but I am very tall, so I hide it very well.


I am thinking of the shot. The only thing is that I heard that it makes you gain alot weight, which I definitly do not need.


But I can control myself when it comes to eating. I have already lost alot of weight.
