I will start from the beginning. I had my yearly pap done end of july 2006. Got a call form dr saying it came back abnormal they found mild dsyplasia. Dr scheduled colposcopy for sept. They then took 4 biopsy at the colposcopy. Results came back they said worse then they thought. Mild/moderate dysplasia. They then scheduled a leep for nov.9 2006. I have irreglar periods so of course it came just 4 days before my leep !! They said they may be able to do it just come in and they will see. But my concern is can this mild/moderate cell change get worse fast ? I have read it can sometimes. And what does the tissue from the leep tell different from the colposcopy. This whole process has taken almost 5 months to do and I am really stressed about this whole thing. Thanks for the replies
