Finn does look a lot like his .Daddy but I can see you in him some too! Finn is gorgeous! Where did you get that name, I really like it, what is his middle name? Do you plan on going back to work, I know that that is a terrible thought now, how long do you plan on taking off from work? I bet it feels good to be home! Is your hubby in the military? I hope you are able to get some well needed rest althought it is difficult with a newborn all you want to do is sit and stare at him. I know, I have been there! Cute outfit!

He is so good, last night he slept from 1:30-7:30 and only woke up crying once and he went right back to sleep when nick rocked him a bit. Today we upped his feedings to 3 ounces evry 3 1/2 hours or so because he was sucking his 2 oz bottles dry. He really only cries when we're changing him because he hates being naked. He loves being swaddled and he loves his binky!

He actually looks mostly like me, with nick's eyes. He has my nose, mouth, and chin.

Sandy, I don't really know where I got the name. I've just loved it for a very long time, it's short for finnegan. His middle name is seamus which is gaelic for james, that's my dad's name. So he has a very irish name with a very dutch last name. Luckily we're fortunate enough that I don't have to go back to work. I'm going to be a stay at home mom from now on and we plan on having 4 kids total. I'm so happy! My husband is not in the military, he actually works at the hospital I delivered at so he knew where everything was and knew a lot of the people there. And saying i'm glad to be home is an understatement! We are just overjoyed.

I'm sure you guys will be hearing from me a lot more now. I'm just so in love and I could talk about him all day long.

Just wait until that personality starts shining through! And the first time he makes eye contact with you! And that first gummy smile!

Yes welcome to the mommy side.....Melia loves her binky. I can't believe that he takes it so good already. Melia didnt' take her's like that until lately. But now she loves it.....I am trying to stay away from the thumb.

I asked her doctor and he said she has a long tongue and it occupies too much of her mouth

one day when she was 3 months I taught her to put her fist on her mouth to hold it. And from then on she's been able to put it back in her mouth!!

Whew....Thank .God!!
