Q: Constant Pain

Iwonder if any one can help.Two years ago I broke my leg in 2 places and had an operation to have a tibial nail in.I am in constant pain and am still taking pain killers.About 6 months ago I went to hospital and they told me there was a drill bit in my bone.Could this be a factor why I am in so much pain. Sad
