Weird Symptoms -- Advice Needed Please

Hi,

i've searched for a medical forum for the intention of getting medical advice. For the past 4 years I have been going to doctors, I must have gotten hundreds of tests and all I get from them is 'we don't know' or 'it's just a flu, don't worry' or 'i'm sure it's nothing' when it is and I am in a lot of pain. I don't know if the doctors in this country are just dysfunctional but I am in a lot of pain and helpless because I don't know anything about medicine/conditions so if anyone can offer me some advice I would really appreciate it.

Firstly i'll post here regarding pain in my heart and throat (difficulty to swallow and breath). My doctor won't do anything because he thinks it's just a bug or cold or something (and i've had a few opinions). After I eat my heart hurts and I have trouble swalling, as soon as I finish eating I have a huge need to cough and when I cought I get sharp stabbing pains in my heart. When I breathe I feel loss of breath and something pressing down on my throat and chest.

I'm 20 and i've never had any really major problems, I don't see any reason what could be wrong, but there it is. If anyone has any advice, I mean anything better than 'it's just a winter bug, like i've been getting from doctors for years' it would really be helpful for me.

Thank you.
