Tumors usually require a period longer than a few months to become larger. Testicular tumors are usually not painful. If the swelling is caused by acute inflammation, no matter the cause (infection, trauma…), the testicles may swell in a matter of days. Swelling caused by inflammation is usually followed with pain, local increase in temperature and redness, fever, etc.… In cases of inflammation, a liquid (exudate) accumulates between the testicular coverings and the testis appears larger than normal.
There is another condition called hydrocela that manifests with testicular swelling. Swelling during hydrocela is due to the accumulation of serous liquid between the testicular coverings (visceral and parietal). It is usually a congenital anomaly. You may want to investigate possible hydrocela; a scrotal hernia should be also excluded.
Sandoz 4D is a medication for treating tuberculosis. Testicular tuberculosis is a rare condition and can act as a testicular tumor. To follow up, you may consult your urologist or seek a second opinion from another urologist.
