Recently I have experienced a major lack of sex drive and I noticed a very sore small knot on my right nipple. When I squeezed it was just like a zit or pimple. Now the knot has went away but all of my milk ducts in my breast have this pus coming out. Is this serious, what could it possibly be? I do not want to go to my physician if these are in fact zit like and nothing to worry about on the other hand my mother in law was just diagnosed with breast cancer and it is very scary!!!! Please help!

Hi girlfriend, I know you are afraid and a bit worried. I am the same when it comes to something I know nothing about. I do know that if this is indeed pus, that pus in any form comes from an infection. It may or may not be this. To be on the safe side, I would still go to my physician to see what this is. You are (worrying yourself to a frazzle over what this could be), when you could easily find out early and "fix it". Keep us posted, we are all here for you! :d
