Probably about the billionth person with this problem, but nonetheless. I have had sex a few times and every time it happens I last under 3 minutes. Its pretty embaressing to me and has kept me from feeling comfortable with sex. I really want to last longer. I have been reading a bunch online but have had trouble cutting through the bs. (and every other link wants to make it bigger.) does anyone have any realistic solutions for this problem? I dont particularly want to try the desensitizing creams. I would also like to keep of medications if at all possible. Are there any other things. I have read about the "million dollar spot" that is sopposed to stop you, but it either hasnt worked or I cant find it. Anyone got any advice?
