I have a client that said her doctor told her she had "long term charlie horse" in her back. What is this? I have never heard of it before. I'm a service coordinator and she asked me for information about it.

I read your question and i understand your concern. CHarlie horses is a broad term for spasmodic pains. Need to be evaluated for cramps in back muscles, nerve pinched at lower spine is likely cause in most of the people.
