I have my frenulum attached to the foreskin.I am not able to masterbate comfortably by completely pulling down the foreskin.And I can with effort only pull it below the glans.Should I take a doctors advise .If so what should the doctors specialization be.....

Will streching be of help
please help...

It's supposed to be attached.

Your general doctor should be the one to see, if it requires further investigation he can refer you.

First course of action would be daily stretching.
