One Sided Back Pain Any Home Remedies? Posted: 11-02-06 05:56am
Well since iwas pregnant with my son ive
had back pain, I always thought or assumed
he was just on a nerve cuz it is only on
my left lower back but then after he was
born it was still there just not as bad, I
just cant sleep on my back because it will
hurt so bad when I wake up and if I sit on
the floor it hurts like a flat surface,
now I am pregnant again 32 weeks along now
and it seems to have gotten worse, but ive
been doing more work , when is weep or
vaccum then stand straight up it hurts, I
feel ike I limp when I walk lmao probably
funny to watch im sure but iw ent crazy
cleaning sunday and hit my toe or
something and it hurts so im trying to
walk not make that worse but the pain from
my back sometimes seems to like go down my
leg but becaus eof my toe I have pain in
my shin as well , but its weird its all on
one side, it really sucks I cant even
enjoy sitting on the couch cuz it kills my
back when I stand up, I cant sleep on my
back ever or my left side unless I kinda
lay on my stomach alil bit, I dunno if its
just the pregnancy and it will go away or
if im doomed for life. Anyone know any
like er things I can do at home for it?
Its hard getting to drs here because I
just moved here and im in germany so I
would have to get refferred to offbase for
my back and I raelly have no idea where
anything is other them my obgyn.
Another thing does anyone get sharp pains
like apulled muscle in there legs atnight?
Like I dunno if I go to stretch in the
middle of the night I get a really bad
shooting pain in my leg as if I pulled
amuscle , it only last like 10 min or so
but omg it isnt fun.
This pregnancy has wreaked havoc on my
body lmao.

This sounds like your sciatic nerve. If
you talk to your doctor about it, he can
give you some exercises to do that might
provide some relief.
I had that when I was pregnant also. The
exercises didn't help me. Months of
physical therapy was wasted. The only
thing that 'cured' me was giving birth.
Good luck.

Back pain - home remedies Posted: 03-06-08 07:33am
Hi,
Here are some home remedies for back
pain.
* If it's cold outside then you need
to drink hot soups.
* Garlic is very effective in treating
backaches. You can add garlic cloves to
your salad.
* Do not sleep with your face down
even though you back aches.
* Massaging the aching area can never
hurt.
* Exercise on a daily basis, stretch
and swim.
* Get a back massage from a
professional; the following three oils are
very good in relieving back pain: almond
oil, mint oil and eucalyptus oil.
