Is this normal? I don't think so. I have a lump in my throat that developed after whiplash. It has been a year now. Thyroid is okay from tests.

It sticks out more when I put my head back. I feel it in bed and night and it is hard to breath and swallow sometimes. Feels like I have a tie around my neck.
