Q: HPV contagious ?

Hello all im 22 years old and I have hpv I contracted it from my ex boyfriend in a horrible way . Im now married and I have a baby on the way . I just dont know if I can give this to the baby and im also wondering if I can breast feed. I hear different things from diff. Doc. No one really knows I think . Any one have info. Please help.
