This is so weird and I want to know if ya'll know what it is.

Lately, my tongue has felt raw (and I haven't eaten anything too hot). The sides are rigid and look as if it's been pressed up against my tongue really hard for too lone. The top it my tongue feel bumps kind of. What is this?
