Q: Please Help Me...bad Shape

I have gas(my stomach is grumbling pretty much all the time), bloated, on and off diarhea with small small poop, small lump in anus, and a mysterious pain in the right side of my butt(feels like a constant charlie horse)?!??! Whats going on? What happened with you? I have no health insurance and i'm 30 years old. Please help...
