According to the symptoms you report (“severe headache and breathtaking pain in upper stomach region” shortly after eating) it is hard to identify the cause or origin of your complaint. You can visit your GP to request several examinations including: a physical examination, blood pressure measurement, an abdominal ultrasound, chest X-ray, ECG, and standard blood/urine laboratory diagnostics, etc.
