Q: Can Enterococcus Bacteria Affect Fertility?

We have been ttc for over a year and are currently investigating with a fertility specialist. So far, I seem fine (normal cycles/no blockages) dh's counts are normal, but they called to say he's got enterococcus and has to take meds. (he has absolutley no symptoms)

could this bacteria affect fertility? I don't want to grasp at straws, but I wonder if this is why we haven't been able to conceive.

Any thoughts?

Welcome to ehealth! I would talk to my dr and would get a second opinion. I am not a dr but that is my suggestion.
All the best to you both!
