Recently I was fingered and the next morning I woke up with pain and I felt like I had to go to the bathroom constantly. As well I noticed a little bit of blood come out.
Is it possible to have an infection given these circumstances?

I agree,he might have accidentally cut you a little from a rough fingernail or a hang nail. If his hands were dirty he might have given you a infection, it is better to be safe.
Good luck!
